正交试验法优选通窍活血颗粒剂的提取工艺
Optimization of Extraction Process for Tongqiao Huoxue Granules by Orthogonal Design
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process for Tongqiao Huoxue Granules. Methods Orthogonal test was employed to optimize the extraction procedure, including the amount of water, extracting time and extracting times. The yield of dry extracts and the contents of paeoniflorin and hydroxy safflor yellow A were used as indexes. Results The optimized extracting process for Tongqiao Huoxue Granules was as follows: extracting two times with 8 times water, and decocting for 1.5 h at the first time, then 1 h at the second time. Conclusion This process is stable and feasible.关键词
