栀子苷在正常大鼠体内的药物代谢动力学和组织分布
Pharmacokinetics and Tissue Distribution of Jasminoidin in Normal Rats

Abstract
Objective To study pharmacokinetics of Jasminoidin (JA) in rat plasma and distribution of JA in the liver, the spleen, the kidney and the brain of rats. Methods Phenomenex C18 column (4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.01% phosphoric acid (20: 80) ;the flow rate was 0. 8 ml/min;the column temperature was at 30℃ ;and the ultraviolet detection wave was set at 238nm. High Performance Liquid Chromatography was used to study the concentration of JA and tissue distribution of JA in the brain, the liver, the spleen, and the kidney after intragastric administration of JA in normal rats at different time points. The pharmacokinetics parameters of JA were calculated by DAS 2.0 Program. Results The concentration-time curve of JA was fitted to a two-compartment model with a weight of 1. The concentration of JA was the highest in the liver, and it decreased in the liver, the spleen and the brain, gradually. Conclusion This method can be used for the study on pharmacokinetics and tissue distribution of JA because of its simplicity, accuracy and stability.关键词
