壳聚糖-黄酮复合膜的抑菌止血促愈合作用研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of bacteriostasis, hemostasis and healing of chitosan-flavones compound membrane. METHODS: Flavones was extracted from Chinese traditional medicine Typhae Pollen, mixed with chitosan to prepare the compound membrane by freezing and drying. The minimal inhibitory concentrations of compound membrane against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were determined by broth dilution method. Blood clotting time in vitro and liver hemostasis time in vivo were measured. The hemostasis effect of compound membrane was evaluated. Rat skin damage model was established and model rats were treated with compound membrane. Results of HE staining of wound was observed. The content of protein and hydroxyproline ingranulation tissue was determined. The healing effect of compound membrane was evaluated. RESULTS: Prepared compound membrane displayed good bacteriostasis effect against 3 kinds of bacterium, also significantly reduced blood clotting time, and improve coagulant rate. CONCLUSION: Preparation technology of chitosan-flavones compound membrane showed simple preparation and effects of bacteriostasis hemostasis and healing.关键词
