A survey on chongqing city health authority current status of staff training
摘要
Abstract
Objective To find out the status of Chongqing health supervising group training, to provide basis for improving the quality of personnel of sanitation supervision. Methods Analyzed the results using spassl5. 0 with self-designed questionnaire survey. Results Chongqing personnel of sanitation supervision attending the highest rates of personnel training for 2 to 3 times accounted for the highest proportion,48.4 ％; 47.9 ％ of the health personnel of sanitation supervision consider the practical training contents distinct from the urgent training contents and the effect was not obvious. Only 53.3％think the training had a great help to them; no training period was higher than 30 hours as stipulated. Conclusion Strengthen the leadership and organization of the personnel of sanitation supervision; Increase the training hours, and broaden the channels of training, otherwise, adjust the training contents according to the actual requirements of health supervision work to make a good effect on training check.关键词
