Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of leflunomide and mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome. Methods 67 cases of juvenile refractory nephropathy syndrome were studied. Thirty-two of refractory nephropathy syndrome were treated with leflunomide and prednisone. Other thirty-five cases were treated with mycophenolate mofetil and prednisone. Clinical data were observed at begining and 6 months after treatment. The clinical parameters were compared between the two groups. Results Leflunomide and prednisone in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome were effective,mycophenolate mofeil and prednisone in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome were effective too. The effect's had no statistic difference. Conclusion Leflunomide and prednisone in the treatment of refractory nephropathy syndrome is effective.关键词
