氧化锌和氧化钛纳米树热液合成的研究进展
Recent Advance of Hydrothermai Growth of ZnO and TiO2 Nano-tree Arrays
摘要
Abstract
Branched tree-like nanoarrays are emerging as an exciting addition to the family of oriented semiconducting nanomaterials. Besides high temperature solid state and vapor-liquid-solid (VLS), via one-step,low cost, and environment-benign solution chemistry route growing large-scale arrays of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide have been succeed developed. In this paper, we mainly introduced the growth mechanism of tree-like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide by aqueous synthetic approaches, and to explore their possible applications in the future.关键词
