hTERT mRNA在食管癌组织中的表达及意义
Expression and Significance of Telomerase hTERT mRNA in Esophageal Cancer Tissue
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of humace telomerase reverse transcriptase ( hTERT )in esophageal cancer tissue. Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR )was used to measure the expression of hTERT in 52 cases of in esophageal cancer tissue,30 cases of tumor adjacent tissue and 7 cases of noncancerous esophageal mucosa. Results Compared with noncancerous esophageal mucosa,the expressions of hTERTmRNA in esophageal cancer tissues and cancer adjacent tissue was significantly higher( P ＜ 0. 05 ), and the expression of hTERTmRNA was no significant difference between esophageal cancer tissue and cancer adjacent tissues ( P ＞0. 05 ), and the hTERT expression was not correlated with patient's age,pathological types, tumor differentiation,invasion of depth tumors,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage( P＞0. 05 ). Conclusion The expression of hTERT may be the early events in esophageal cancer and the detection of this genes may be important for the early diagnosis and therapy of esophageal cancer.关键词
