HLA-Ⅰ、CD8和CD4在宫颈不同病变组织中的表达及意义
Expressions and Significance of HLA Class Ⅰ Antigens,CD8 and CD4 in Various Cervical Diseases

Abstract
Objective To examine the expressions of HLA class Ⅰ antigen,CD8 and CD4 in various cervical diseases and investigate their association with cervical cancer. Methods The expressions of HLA class Ⅰ antigen, CD8 and CD4 in patients with cervical cancer,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN ) , chronic cervicitis and cancer adjacent tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rates of HLA class Ⅰ antigen in cervical cancer, CIN , chronic cervicitis and cancer adjacent tissues were 40％ ,95％,100. 0％ and 100. 0％ , respectively ,the positive expression rates of HLA class Ⅰ antigen in patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in others( P ＜ 0. 01 )and the positive expression rates of CD8 were 35％ ,95％ , 100％ and 100. 0％ , respectively, CD8 in patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in others( P ＜0. 01 ), The positive expression rates of CD4 were 45％ , 80％. 100％ and 100％ , respectively. The positive rates of CD4 in patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in others( P ＜0.01 ). A positive correlation was found between HLA class Ⅰ antigen and CD8 expression[ Spearmans correlation( r =0. 913,P ＜0. 001 ) ]. Conclusion The expressions of HLA class Ⅰ antigen , CD8 and CD4 are down-regulated or absent in CIN and cervical cancer,and they may play important roles in the development and progression of CIN and cervical cancer.关键词
