摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze risk factors of bleeding after transurethral resection of prostate with the application of failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA). Methods A panel of FEMA was established to conduct failure mode analysis among 158 patients with transurethral resection of prostate, including drawing flowchart to find five potential failure modes and discussing the flow to calculate risk priority numbers, to establish improvement measures and to compare risk factors of bleeding. Results Risk priority numbers of five failure modes decreased obviously after the application of FMEA. Conclusion Ater the application of FMEA, corresponding measures are adopted thus bleeding risk decreases in the operation, which indicates that FMEA plays a significant role in the process of quality continuous improvement关键词
