维持性血液透析患者体力活动水平的追踪研究
Follow-up Study on Physical Activity Level in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Abstract
Objective To describe the changes in physical activity in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients.Methods A longitudinal design was used in this study.7-day Physical Activity Recall Questionnaire (PAB) was applied to assess the changes of physical activity level in 155 maintenance hemodialysis patients over 1 year.Results The scores of PAB were (141.13±8.25)(142.94±10.09)(141.40±7.90)kJ/(kg·d) respectively, which were stable but significantly lower than those of healthy people.The physical activity intensity for dialysis patients were mainly light and only less than 3％ of the patients participated in heavy or extremely heavy activities.ConcluSion Regarding the low level and the limited types of physical activity, it is necessary to provide health education on physical activity to MHD patients in order to maintain and improve the level of physical activity, as well as their life quality.关键词
