摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study on the effect of Compound Kangkuiyang Granula on experiment gastric ulcer.Method:The rat gastric ulcer models was induced by water immersing stress,ligation of pylorus and acetic acid; analgesia action was investigated with acetic acid writhing test in mice;the guinea pig intestinal contraction amplitude and inhibition rate were regarded as an indicators to observe the influence of different concentrations of Compound Kangkuiyang Granula on ileum smooth muscle contraction.Result: Compound Kangkuiyang Granula could markedly inhibit the stress gastric ulcer,ligation of pyloms gastric ulcer and acetic acid induced gastric ulcer; could inhibite writhing test in mice, and excited ileum smooth muscle.Conclusion: Compound Kangkuiyang Granula possessed counteraction on gastric ulcer.关键词
