摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanism of THHta on LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. Methods The cytotoxicity of THHta on RAW264.7 cells was detected by CCK8 method. Inflammatory cellular model was established by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) interfering on RAW264.7 cell line. Levels of TNF-α and NO in supernatant were assayed by ELISA or Nitrate acid reductase method. Result THHta inhibited the secretion of TNF-α and NO in LPS-induced RAW264.7cells. Conclusion The anti-inflammatory effects of THHta may be mediated in part by inhibiting the production of inflammatory mediators.关键词
