摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine content of Salvianolic acid B in Xuezaisheng Teblets by HPLC. Method: UltimateTM XB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used, and the methanol-acetonitrile-methanoic acid-eater(30∶10∶1∶9)was served as mobile phase,and it's flowrate was 1.0 ml/min,wave length of determining was 270 nm. Result: The linearity range was within A=84413C-30ll0,r=0.99999(n=6).The average recovery was 99.48％,RSD％=1.31％. Conclusion: This method is simple,sensitive,and accurative.关键词
