小儿过敏性紫癜血液灌流治疗72例分析
Efficacy Analysis of Hemoperfusion in 72 Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura
摘要
Abstract
Objecfive: To explore the clinical curative effect of hemopeffusion with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in children. Methods:Clinical data of total 72 patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura treated by hemopefusion during January 2009 to October 2010 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results: (1) Sixty-mo cases (86. 1％ ) received extranural hospital drug treatment, in which 59 cases (95.2％) had no significant improvement. Sixty-forur cases used a short-range vein glucocorticoid therapy in our hospital.(2) Hemoperfusion treatment criteria: serious or (and) repeated rash, serious gastrointestinal symptoms, serious angioneuroedema.(3) Hemoperfusion had obvious effect on easing clinical symptons caused by acute inflammation in Henoch-Schonlein purpura, no preventive function on rash recurrence or kidney damage. (4) Most patients' parents were satisfied with the curative effect of hemoperfusion. Conclusions: Hemoperfusion is a safe therapy to ease clinical symptoms caused by acute inflammation in HenochSchonlein purpmra, which is moderate priced making it affordable for families.关键词
