异位妊娠特征性代谢组学的研究
Study of specific metabonomics of ectopic pregnancy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the specific metabolites of ectopic pregnancy by using ultraperformance liquid chromatography coupled with Q Time-Of-Flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF MS) , and to establish a diagnosis model for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Serum samples of 9 cases with ectopic pregnancy , 15cases with ahortion of intrauterine pregnancy , and 20 cases with normal intrauterine pregnancy were detected by UPLC-Q/TOF MS analysis technique. Principal components analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) were made in metabolic finger print data of different groups and specific metabolites of ectopic pregnancy were screened out. Results After the UPLC-Q/TOF MS analysis , the retention time and m/z data pair for each peak were detected. PLS-DA and coefficient of correlation analysis were used for markers selection.According to these data , 13 potential discriminant metabolites of ectopic pregnancy , as compared to intrauterine pregnancy, were found. Conclusion Thirteen ectopic pregnancy related metabolites were found which may be specific for and of significance in the early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.关键词
