视知觉学习疗法治疗近视性弱视儿童屈光动态观察
Video terminal therapy for myopic refraction in children with myopic amblyopia

Abstract
Objective To explore video terminal therapy (visual perceptual learning) for myopic refraction in children with myopic amblyopia and its influencing factors. Methods The data on changes in myopic refraction were prospectively collected in 54 children (98 eyes) with myopic amblyopia who received visual perceptual learning and then were analyzed according to the degrees of amblyopia and myopia and the efficacy. Results The values of spherical and spherical equivalent refraction (SER) were greater after visual perception treatment (P < 0.05)and the annual average growth of SER less than 1.00D acc:ounted for 76.53 %.The dynamic changes of spherical or SER differed significantly among slight, moderate and severe amblyopia (P<0.05). The dynamic changes of spherical, cylinder and SE did not differ significantly among mild,moderate and severe myopia amblyope (P> 0.05). The dynamic changes of refracation did not differ significantly in amhlyopia with different efficacies (P > 0.05). Conclusions The growth of myopic diopter in children with myopia amblyopia mainly is attrihuted to the spherical change after visual perception treatment, but with no ohvious change in astigmatism. The degree of amhlyopia is an influencing factor for myopic refraction development, but the degree of myopia and the efficacy are not the influencing factors.关键词
