摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value and safety of application of fast track surgery( FTS )idea to treat patients receiving choledocholithotomy. Methods 80 patients undergoing selective choleodolithomy were randomly divided into two groups( n=40 ). They were perioperatively treated according to FTS ideas ( FTS group )or using conventional methods( conventional group ). The time of out - of - bed activity, defecation and exhaust, and foodintake after operation between the two groups were compared, so did hospital days, hospital cost and complications. Results After operation, the time of foodintake, defecation and exhaust, and out - of -bed activityas well as hospital days were significantly shorter and hospital cost was significantly less in FTS group than those in conventional group( P ＜ 0.05 或 P ＜ 0.01 ). The postoperative complications between the two groups showed no significant difference( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of FTS to patients undergoing choledocholithotomy is safe, economical and effective. It can not only promote postoperative recovery,but also shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospital cost.关键词
