北京市某社区2008年报告传染病发病资料分析

Abstract
Objective To understand the distribution and Epidemical characteristics of reported infectious diseases in a community of Beijing so as to provide an evidence for prevention and control of infectious diseases in community. Methods The method of descriptive study was taken to statistically analyze the data of infectious disease kinds, morbidity rates of reported infectious diseases and their order of prevalence. Results The reported morbidity of infectious diseases in the community was 252. 38 per hundred thousand. Bacillary dysentery ( 63. 49 per hundred thousand ), Other infectious diarrhea ( 49. 21 per hundred thousand ), and hand-foot- mouth disease ( 36. 51 per hundred thousand ) were the first three diseases in the community. The morbidity rates of digestive infectious diseases, respiratory infectious diseases and blood/sexually transmitted disease were 150.79, 55. 56 and 44. 44 per hundred thousand respectively. There were 3 residents who were reported to suffer from HIV infection, with infection rate of 4. 76 per hundred thousand. Conclusion HIV/AIDS and digestive infectious diseases were the major diseases in the community, measures should be taken to prevent and control the spread of infectious disease.关键词
