天津市居民门诊费用的影响因素调查

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the cost conditions of residents in Tianjin in outpatient department and investigate the influencing factors so as to effectively control the increase of medical fees and relieve the residents' problems in medical care. Methods The statistical methods of descriptive analysis, nonparametric test and multiple linear regression were taken to analyze the costs in outpatient department of the residents in Tianjin. Results The median of the average cost of each time for the residents was RMB 120 yuan, The influencing factors were severity of disease, medical organization, time of visit, area classification , occupational type, and type of medical insurance ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the building of primary health care institution, and improve the medical insurance system for control of the excessive growth of medical expenses.关键词
