乡村医生的医疗卫生服务行为现状及心理因素分析
Status of Medical Service Behavior and Psychological Factors of Village Doctors

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of medical services provided by village doctors and analyze the influencing factors psychologically. Methods From July to August 2009 , and form December 10 to 15 , 2009, a total of 42 village doctors were personally interviewed and field observations were conducted in the suburbs of Beijing. Results The doctors generally had good evaluation of themselves, and an objective expectation on their own professional qualities. The development of specific emotional distance was beneficial to the communication between patents and doctors in treatment, and special support factor in emotion is a basis to establish a harmonious relationship between patients and doctor. There existed a difference in subjective recognition of village doctor profession between patients and doctors. Conclusion The village doctors have developed their professional senses of honor and pride through a long - term practice in life and work.关键词
