村卫生室服务对象的医疗需求行为现状及心理因素分析
Behavior of Medical Needs and Psychological Factors of Villagers in Village Clinics

Abstract
Objective To Understand the current status of behavior of medical needs of rural population nowadays and the influencing factors psychologically. Methods From July to August 2009 , the field observation and personal in - depth interview were conducted in the suburbs of Beijing, a total of 106 villagers were interviewed. Results The villagers commonly hoped the village doctors are of higher technical skills. The first problem they mostly worried about was their " incapability to seek medical care". There were 48 people ( 45. 3％ ) expressed their willingness to chat their own affairs with the village doctors, 57 ( 53. 8％ ) said they had no chance to chat with doctors. Some 26. 4％ of them considered that now the relationship between patients and doctors was good, some 64. 2％ held that the relationship between patients and doctors was moderate. As for their personal relationship with village doctors, some 30. 2％ of the subjects believed it was good, 10. 4％ believed it was relatively good, and 58. 5％ held that it was moderate, and only one expressed that it was bad. Conclusion The villagers generally have a right cognition of the relationship between patients and doctors in the special environment of their living. In medical idea the villagers are short of medical information and at the same time they are still impacted by the traditional concepts. The economic and healthy factors are still the most important problems they worried about.关键词
