Abstract
Objective To evaluate and analyze the antigen 125 in maintenance peritoneal dialysis adequacy in peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Clinical data of 52 terminal stage patients that underwent peritoneal dialysis in our hospital from June 2006 to October 2009 were analyzed. Results Of the 52 patients, 6 patients had high transporter, 28 had high-average transporter, 16 had low - average transporter and 2 had low transporter. Taking D / Per value 0. 65 as dividing line, 52 patients were divided into group A and group B. The antigen 125 were ( 11. 2 ± 3. 4 ) U/ml and ( 16. 6 ± 4. 2 ) U/ml respectively in group A and group B, and the difference between the two groups was statistical ( t =25. 332, P＜0. 01 ). Conclusion Antigen 125 has a high evaluation functio for maintenance peritoneal dialysis adequacy in peritoneal dialysis patients n, and it should be widely applied.关键词
