Primary Cerebellum Cystic Melanoma: Case Report and Review of the Literature

摘要
Abstract
Objective To comprehend and master the onset of illness, diagnosis and treatment methlods of the primary cystic melanoma inside the cerebellum based on the literatures and one such case in our department. Methods To ananlysis one male patients with a chief complain of unstable gait, the MRI before operation showed a solid - cystic space - occupying les-sion in the cerebellum. Astrocytoma of the cerebellum was considered as the present-at-admission diagnoses. Results Middle suboccipital approach was performed, the tumor was reddish - brown and the cystic liquid was paleyellow. The pathologic report of the tumor was melanoma. The patient recover well after operation, we followed up through telephone at postoperative 6 months, no discomfort was told by our patient. Conclusion The primary cystic melanoma is very rare. To master the diagnosis and and treatment metholds is very important as to treat properly and estimate the prognosis.关键词
