Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Dickkopf - 1 in endometrial carcinoma and benign endometrial tissues to explore its relationship to the clinicopathologic features of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was conducted to detect the expression of Dickkopf - 1 in 30 endometrial carcinoma samples ( EC group ) and 34 benign endometrium ( BE group ) . The clinicopathologic features of endometrial carcinoma was analyzed. Results There was significant difference in Dickkopf - 1 expression between 2 groups ( P ＜0. 05 ) , and in Dickkopf - 1 high expression rate between endometrial carcinoma patients with different surgery - pathological stages, grading ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), hut not between patients with different pathological types, or between those who had lymph node metastasis or not ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Dickkopf - 1 expression is related to surgery - pathological stages and grading of endometrial carcinoma. Dickkopf - 1 expression changes, probably related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma, is expected to be an index for clinical diagnosis of the progress and prognosis of endometrial.关键词
