Inspiration for Rural Medical Talent Management from the Barefoot Doctor Management
摘要
Abstract
In 1950s, China established the rural cooperative medical care system. Bare - foot doctors, as a key im-plementer of the system, contributed greatly to the success of rural health work. In recent years a new rural cooperative medical care system has been gradually developed in China. Thus the successful experience of cooperative medical care at that time could serve a reference for today. In this paper the inspiration for the new rural cooperative medical talent management is discussed from the management system of barefoot doctors.关键词
