脂质代谢紊乱与静脉血栓栓塞症的相关性研究
Association between Serum Lipid Levels and Venous Thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the association between disturbance of lipid metabolism and venous thrombosis. Methods The data of 100 patients with idiopathic venous thrombosis ( the known causes so far for venous thrombosis were excluded ) were collected from October 2005 to November 2009. And 100 healthy physical examinees whose age and sex were matched with the patients were enrolled as the controls. The venous blood samples of all the subjects were taken at 7 am after 12 hours fasting for measurements of total cholesterol ( TC ), triglyceride ( TG ), lower density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( LDL - C ), high density lipoprotein - cholesterol ( HDL - C ), and lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)]. Results Compared with the healthy controls , the levels of TG and ApoA of the patients were increased, and the level of HDL - C was decreased, with a statistical significance ( P ＜0. 05 ). However no statistically significant difference was found in levels of TC and LDL - C ( P ＞0. 05 ). Univa-riate analysis showed that HDL-C ＜ 1. 0 mmol/L, Lp ( a ) ＞ 30 mg/dl and TG ＞ 2. 26 mmol/L might be the risk factors for venous thrombosis ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion The levels of TC and LDL-C may be not associated with development of venous thrombosis. However, HDL-C ＜ 1. 0 mmol/L, Lp ( a ) ＞30 mg/dl and TG ＞2. 26 mmol/L might be the risk factors for idiopathic venous thrombosis.关键词
