摘要
Abstract
Rho subfamily is a kind of G proteins, which plays an important role in cell signal transduction and cell movement. Rho subfamily proteins. which express increasedly in many digestive cancers , may be a new tumor marker for determination of the ahility of tumor invasiveness and metastasis and become a new target for cancer therapy. This paper reviews the relationship of Rho suhfamily proteins to the invasiveness and metastasis of digestive system cancers.关键词
