Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application and significance of Single-hole technical laparoscopic appendectomy (LA). Methods Twenty-five patients with appendicitis were treated with three holes technical LA, while 25 cases with single-hole technical LA. Clinical effect of the two groups were retrospectively comparatively analyzed. Results In patients with appendicitis treated with single-hole LA the surgery time, postoperative recovery, complications were of no significant differences as compared with the 3-hole group (P ＞ 0.05), however for the incision pain, the two groups were significant different (P ＜ 0.05). There was one case changed for three holes LA in the group of one hole. Conclusion Single-hole LA is safe, effective, simple and reduced surgical sear in the treatment of appendectomy, it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
