术后早期肠内营养在直肠癌患者中的应用
The application of early enteral nutrition in patients with rectal cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with rectal cancer in the course of the clinical effect and safety. Methods A total of 122 cases of rectal cancer surgery, were randomly divided into early enteral nutrition group (EEN group)、delayed enteral nutrition group (DEN group) and parenteral nutrition group (PN group), indicators of nutritional and immune were detected in the three groups preoperative and postoperative, as well as the performance of the digestive tract symptoms 、complications、hospital charges and so on, to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of nutrition. Results EEN group patients nutritional status and immune function to restore faster than the DEN group and PN group in the postoperative, early restoration of gastrointestinal function compared with PN group, decreased the incidence of complications, reduced hospitalization costs (P<0.05). Conclusion Early postoperative EN support in patients with rectal cancer surgery for the restoration of immune function, maintain normal body metabolism, and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function are important.关键词
