奥沙利铂长循环热敏脂质体及其药效学研究
Preparation and initial efficacy of oxaliplatin long-circulating thermosensitive liposomes

Abstract
Aim To prepare oxaliplatin longiirculating-thermosensitive liposomes (OLTL) and study the nature and the anti-tumor effects of OLTL. Methods The thin film hydration method was used to prepare OLTL. The release behavior of the drug at 37℃ and 42℃ from liposome was investigated by the dialysis method. The anti-tumor activity was observed using the weight of tumor as an index. Results The particle size of the liposome was between lOOnm and 130nm.The drug encapsulation efficiency exceeclecl 90% . The release ratio of OLTL in vitro was more than 90% at 42℃. OLTL group possessed the inhibitory ratio of 70. 79% . Conclusion OLTL has obvious thermosensitive feature , which combined with local hyperthermia can significantly increase the anti-tumor effects of oxaliplatin.关键词
