应用PPH术治疗嵌顿性环状混合痔的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical value of adopting Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids( PPH )in treating incarceration of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 78 patients with incarceration of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into experimental group(39 patients)and control group(39 patients).The experimental group were treated by PPH and improved Milligan-Morgan, while the others were treated by traditional Milligan- Morgan. Observed indexes include operating time, length of stay, recovery time, the pain after operation, curative effect and safety evaluation,etc. Results The operating time were (20.40 ± 1.65) minutes and (32.59 ± 1.91) minutes respectively,P＜ 0.05. The length of stay were (5.59 ± 1.50) days and (9.25 ± 1.45) days respectively, P＜ 0.05. The recovery time were (9.13 ± 1.85) days and (16.15± 2.59) days respectively, P＜0.05.But in curative effect and safety evaluation there was no conspicuous difference between two groups(P＞ 0.05). Conclusion The PPH is an effective method in treating incarceration of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.关键词
