Abstract
Objective To explore the role of postpartum visit, guidance and information feedback in on enhancing nursing quality. Methods 1100 parturient women were divided into control group and experiment group .each group included 550 cases .and the parturient women accepted visit in 7 days, 14 days and 28 days after delivery, and carried out the demonstration, communication and guidance of breastfeeding. The parturient women were evaluated by the self-made postpartum visit questionnaire on the latest visit and the visit information was collected. Results The degree of mastering the healthcare knowledge and nursing operation of women and children improved in the experiment group, and the existing problems were lower in puerperium. The difference of the items observed in two groups had statistical significance, P＜ 0.01. Conclusion During the guidance in postpartum, summarizing and analyzing the feedback information, making constant improvements of clinical nursing path in obstetric department and making the nursing quality continuous improvement.关键词
