住院患者跌倒事件影响因素的回顾性分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the corresponding factors of falls by reviewing 21 inpatients'falling accidents. Methods The questionnaire developed by the author was carried out to analyze the corresponding factors of falling. Results There was no significant differences in age and the incidence rate among different departments, and there was significant differences in sex and education. The moving abilities of patients before their falling were independent(52.4%) and partly dependent ( 42.9% ). The state of falling conditions were walking(33.3%) and going to toilet(33.3%). The falls happened more commonly at lunch or supper time (especially 5-7 p.m.) or 3-5 a.m. The major five reasons of fall were without enough health education (85.7%), lack of the nurses' training( 57.1% ), weak of the inpatients' legs( 54.7% ), dizziness ( 47.6% ), environmental facilities (47.6%). Conclusion The sex and education are corresponding with the falls accidents. The lack of health education and enough training to the nurses, the patients' symptom and the worse facilities conditions in hospital are the major reasons of the falls accidents.关键词
