摘要
Abstract
This paper investigated on a power factor correction (PFC) converter composed of a Boost converter and a half-bridge converter. It works in the continue current mode (CCM) mode, and only in the output of the half-bridge converter it has the energy storage capacitor to balance the instantaneous power. The level of capacitors at the output of the Boost converter can be reduced with a reasonable control method. The leakage inductance of transformers performed resonant to achieve soft-switching effect. The topology of PFC converters, control logic, soft-switching conditions, and feasibility of capacitance reduction were discussed. The results of simulation and experiments showed that the PFC converter has a good property, which can satisfy the requirements of GJB181A.关键词
