煤矿伤工社会支持与生活满意度的相关性研究
Correlation between Social Support and Life Satisfaction of Injured Coal Miners
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status of social support and life satisfaction of the injured coal miners, and the relationship between the two. Methods Totally 154 injured coal miners were investigated by using " Social Support Rating Scale" ( SRSS ) and the " Life Satisfaction Index B" ( LSIB ) . Results The social support ( t = - 14. 891, P ＜ 0. 001 ) and life satisfaction ( t = -7. 645 . P ＜0. 001 ) were significantly lower than the national norm; From the view of education, the social support total score ( t =7. 198, P ＜0. 001 ), subjective support ( t =7. 089, P ＜0. 001 ) and the utilization of social support ( t = 7. 262, P ＜0. 001 ) were significantly higher in the injured miners who had education hackground of secondary school and above than in those who had education background of primary school and below ; but the life satisfaction was significantly lower in the miners with education back ground of secondary school and above than in those with education background of primary and below ( t = - 3. 453 . P ＜0. 001 ). From the view of marital status. the objective support was significantly higher for married and divorced than the unmarried ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) , From the view of working years, the objective support was significantly higher in the miners with service length of 10 years and ahove than in those ith service length of 9 years and below ( P ＜ 0. 01 ); the utilization of social support was significantly higher in the miners with service length of 19 years and helow than in those with service length of 20 years and above ( P ＜0. 01 ). The life satisfaction of the miners with a service length of 9 years and below was higher than that of the miners with a service length of 10 years and above ( P ＜ 0. 001 ). From the view of age , the objective support was significantly higher in the miners aged 30 more than in those aged 30 less ( F =5. 021 , P ＜0. 01 ). A significantly positve correlation was found between social support and life satisfaction of injured coal miners ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion The state of the injured coal miners in social support and life satisfaction is poor; Educational level. marital status and length of service are the important influencing factors. The higher of social support is , the higher life satisfaction is to the injured coal miners.关键词
