Abstract
During pregnancy, maternal thyroid in a series of physiological adaptations, mainly in TBC ( thyroid binding globulin ) and HCG ( human chorionic gonadotropin ) increase. et al. So, to promote the production of thyroid hormones and metabolic changes have taken place. After, during pregnancy, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and other diseases occur.
