一种新的香烟烟雾暴露装置的建立
Establishment of a new cigarette smoke exposure device
摘要
Abstract
Aim To estahlish a new cigarette smoke exposure device and make COPD model to test the effectiveness of the device.Methods Forty C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into two groups: 1.control group : ten mice feeding 3 months; 2.model group : thirty mouse divided into three subgroups were exposed to cigarette smoke respectively for 1 month.2 months and 3 months.3 months later the lungs of each group with HE staining were obtained for pathological examination.Result Over the smoke exposure time, typical pathological changes of COPD in lung tissues of model groups were gradually observed.Conclusion The device is suitable for COPD model in rats and mice.关键词
