摘要
Abstract
Na+/K+-ATPase is an uhiquitous membrane bound protein in mammalians.It plays an important role in maintaining cellular ion halance , energy metabolism and signal transduction.The functional disorder or abnormal regulation of Na+ , K+ -ATPase may induce serious pathophysiological changes.Adrenoceptor is a main regulator of Na+,K+ -ATPase.This review discusses the isoform-specific regulation of adrenoceptor in myocardium Na+ , K+ -ATPase.关键词
