The role of calcium-channel blockers in morphine addiction
摘要
Abstract
Chronic morphine treatment leads to the development of tolerance and dependence. Ca2+ participates in this processes.Recently,numerous reports indicate that calcium channel blockers play different roles in the analgesia, tolerance and dependence morphine produces, which would provide a new insight into morphine addiction mechanism and a possible therapeutic approach to the treatment of drug addiction.关键词
