摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of alanyl - glutamine on intestinal mucosal barrier function and immune function in craniocerebral trauma patients. Methods 58 patients with craniocerebral trauma were randomly divided into two groups. One group were given intensive treatment with alanyl - glutamine ( experiment group ), and the other were given common nutritional support ( control group ). Immune parameters, nutritional parameters and D - lactate levels were measured 14 days after treatment. Results The immune parameters ( IgA, IgG, IgM ), nutritional parameters ( TF, PA ) and D- lactate levels of the experiment group were significantly better than those of traditional group ( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion Alanyl - glutamine plays an important role in protecting intestinal mucosal barrier function, promoting synthesizing proteins, improving nutritional status, enhancing immune function and reducing infections of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.关键词
