前列腺分叶状肿瘤一例诊治分析

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of phyllodes tumor of prostate. Methods One case of phyllodes tumor of prostate were reported, and its clinical manifestations, pathological features, pheno-type of IHC, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed combining with literature. Results The clinical manifestations of phyllodes tumor of the prostate were like that of BPH, in which medical imaging shows cystic changes. Clinical treatment was usually radical prostatectomy. The pathological test showed a special type of epithelial-stromal tumor, the epithelial cells proliferated without atypia, but stromal cells proliferated with atypia. The tumor was composed of cystically dilated ducts with leaflike stroma projections in the lumen. With IHC staining, the epithelial cells were positive for CK and EMA, the stromal cells were positive for Vimentin, some cells were positive for SMA. Chemoradiotherapy can be given in post operation. Conclusion Phylodes tumor of prostate is rare, and it can be diagnosed by pathological features. Radical prostatectomy is considered to be the most reliable treatment, and radiotherapy and chemotherapy also have certain value.关键词
