B超引导下球囊扩张法建立皮肾通道行经皮肾镜取石术12例临床分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of establishing percutaneous renal access with balloon dilation guide by ultrasonography. Methods From May to September 2010, 12 cases of nephrostomy tracts were dilated using balloon dilator under the ultrasound guidance. Clinical data including the time for setting the renal access, stone - free rate, complications and hospital stay after operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 12 patients, 11 established nephrostomy tracts with balloon dilation guide by B — type ultrasonography successfully. The average time for setting the renal access was 6. 6 ± 1. 2min ( 5 ～ 10 min ) minutes. The stone - free rate after one - session operation was 75％ ( 9/12 ) . After the operation, the hemoglobin decreased by 6. 2 ±3. 3％ ( -2. 6％ ～ 17. 1％ ) in these patients. There was no complications occurred except postoperative fever on 1 case. The average time of stay in hospital after operation was 7. 4 ± 2. 7 d days ( 5 ～ 14 d ) . Conclusion The balloon dilation under the ultrasound guidance is a fast, safe and effective means for facilitation percutaneous renal access.关键词
