食管癌COX-2和VEGF的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

Abstract
Objective To explore the expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in esophagus carcinoma and their relationships with clinical pathologic characteristics. Methods The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in 68 patients who underwent surgical resection of esophagus carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and their relationships with clinical pathologic characters were analyzed. Results The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in normal esophagus tissue were few , however, the positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF in esophagus carcinoma were 79. 4％ and 72. 1 ％ . The differentiate degree was correlated with the expression of COX-2 ,the lower the differentiate degree , the higher the expression of COX-2 ,P ＜ 0. 05 ; but the differentiate degree was not correlated with the expression of VEGF ,P ＞0. 05. The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF were positively correlated with the infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis ( P ＜ 0. 05) , their expressions were obviously lower in esophagus carcinoma without lymph node metastasis than in esophagus carcinoma with lymph node metastasis ( P ＜ 0. 01 ) .Moreover,the expressions of COX-2 and VEGF were correlated with TNM grade. Conclusion The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF in esophagus carcmoma were higher than those in normal tissue. The expressions of COX-2 and VEGF were positively correlated with the infiltration depth , metastasis and TNM grade.关键词
