Abstract
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of minimally invasive percuaneous nephrolithotripsy (MPCNL) with holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi.Methods Totally 60 patients with upper urethral calculi were treated by MPCNL.The time of treatment, the number of upper urethral calculi, complication and hospital duration were recorded.Results The calculi in all the 60 cases were cleared at the first or second stage and the clear rate amounted to 100％ one month postoperatively.Conclusion MPCNL is minimally invasive and effective in the treatment of upper urethral calculi with the advantage of quick recovery, therefore it is worth promoting in clinics.关键词
