摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Huoxue Zhitong Soft Capsule in treating acute soft tissue injury ( syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis ). Methods 40 patients with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into treatment group ( treated with Huoxue Zhitong Soft Capsule ) and control group ( treated with placeho ) by randomized double - blind and placebo comparison method. The treatment for both groups continued for 7 days and patients' clinical symptoms and physical signs were observed. Results In the treatment group, the pain and tenderness, swelling and bruises decreased significantly compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong Soft Capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of acute soft tissue injury.关键词
