脉络丛前动脉显微解剖结构的临床应用研究
Clinical significance of microanatomy for anterior choroidal artery

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of microanatomy for anterior choroidal artery. Methods Totally 21 specimens of adult brain (42 sides) were observed with micro-stereoscope and operating microscope. The microanatomical characteristics of anterior choroidal arteries were studied. Results Totally 37 sides (88.1%) of anterior choroidal arteries were from internal carotid artery, 3 sides (7.2%) from middle cerebral artery,2 sides (4.8%) from posterior communicating artery. In all,78.9% of the left anterior choroidal arteries were thicker than the right ones. Significant differentces in degree of anterior choroidal arteries thickenss were found, the average thickness was (0.79 ± 0.27) mm and the intermediate section and the ending section were 0.35 ~0.71 mm and 0.16 ~0.33 mm in width. The trunks of anterior choroidal arteries were (2.88 ± 0.48 ) cm in length. The distance between anterior canal of parahippocampal gyrus and the intersection point of the anterior choroidal artery and uncus of parahippocampal gyrus was ( 11.17 ± 1.78) mm on the right and ( 10.93 ± 2.13) mm on the left. Conclusion Occurrence of convulsion when there is no significant difference in left and right anterior choroidal artery is prone to induce insufficient blood supply of ophthalmic tract. In the related operations for internal side of temporal lobe, protection for anterior choroidal artery should be made at its intersection with anterior canal of parahippocampal gyrus as the position of anterior canal of parahippocampal gyrus is relatively accurate.关键词
