Abstract
Objective: To study the biological features of the mouse embryonic neural stem cells (NSCs) transfected by pEGFP/A2M(FP6). Methods: NSCs of mouse embryos were isolated and cultured. The pEGFP/A2M (FP6) plasmid vectors were transferred into the cultured NSCs by Nucleofector TM. The expression of A2M FP6 mRNA was detected with RT-PCR and immunofluorenscent analysis. Results: The pEGFP/A2M(FP6) plasmid vectors were successfully transferred into NSCs in which expression of A2M(FP6) remained rich. In addition, immunohischemistry showed that the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs were unchanged. Conclusion: The proliferation and differentiation of NSCs after tansfection with pEGFP/A2M (FP6)were unaltered, keeping the ability to produce A2 M(FP6).关键词
