高校教师健康状况影响因素的多分类Logistic回归分析
Risk Factors Influencing Health Status of Teachers in University Using Multinomial Logistic Regression Analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution of health status of staffs in a university and to explore the risk factors of health status, and to providc a basis for preventing sub-health and diseases, and for improving the health level of staffs. Methods Two hundreds and seventy-six staffs were enrolled using ran dom sampling method when they received physical examination in 2009. The information about constitution in Chinese medicine, health status and demographic data were collected. The risk factors of health status were analyzed by using multinomial logistic regression. Results Normal type, phlegm wetness type,and yang-deficiency type were the main constitution types among staffs in the university. There were 15.22％ healthy people, 70.65％ sub-healthy people, and 14. 13％ diseased people. The risk factors of sub-health included all unbalance constitution (normal type as control group), female, and intermediate title (primary title as control group). The risk factors of diseascs included qi-deficiency type (normal type as control group), and professor (primary title as control group). Conclusion The staffs with unbalance constitution, intermediate title and professor title as well as females should be particularly concerned in universities. Some appropriate measures should be taken to reduce thc incidence of sub-health and diseases and to improve overall health status of staffs in universities.关键词
