Expressions of EGFR and pEGFR in non-small cell lung cancer and their clinical significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the potential roles and their clinical significance of EGFR and pEGFR protein expressions in NSCLC tumor tissues. Methods EGFR and pEGFR protein expressions were detected in 140 cases of NSCLC tissues and corresponding adjacent normal lung tissues by using immunohistochemistry SP method. Results The expressions of EGFR and pEGFR protein in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than those in normal control. There was no relationship between EGFR protein expression and pathological features of NSCLC. But pEGFR protein expression was correlated with gender,smoking status and histological type. Conclusion The high expression of EGFR and pEGFR protein in lung cancer cells may play a key role in NSCLC.关键词
