Abstract
Objective To explore the early manifestations of spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP) complicated with chronic hepatopathy and to improve diagnosis and treatment level.Methods We reviewed the clinical data of 20 eases SBP complicated with chronic hepatopathy, misdiagnosed during October 2008 and December 2009 in our hospital.Results 7 cases were first misdiagnosed as acute gastroenteritis; 4 eases as infection of biliary tract; 2 eases as upper respiratory tract infection, pylethrombosis, abdominal cavity tumor, hepatorenal syndrome, respectively; 1 ease as tuberculous peritonitis.They were confirmed as SBP by clinical manifestations and medical technology examinations in the end.Conclusion It is an atypical manifestation of SBP complicated with chronic hepatopathy in the early period.They are rare of signs, and not enough WBC in ascites.Misdiagnoses tend to be cute gastroenteritis and infection of biliary tract.Clinicians are reminded to take clinical development seriously in diagnosing and treating process, instead of rely too much on the results of medical technology.关键词
